1Digital Product Sales
All products offered on our website are digital and delivered electronically. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned”. For this reason, refunds are generally not provided after successful delivery.
2Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if:
- The product was not delivered after a confirmed payment.
- A verified technical issue prevented access to the purchased product and our support could not resolve it.
- The product description was significantly different from the product received.
Where applicable, any approved refund is issued via LiqPay back to your original payment method. Zynerqo remains the seller of record.
3Exclusions
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The product met the description but did not meet personal expectations.
- Failure to download/access due to issues unrelated to our platform (e.g., poor internet, incompatible device).
4How to Request a Refund
Submit a request within 7 days of purchase to support@zynerqo.com including:
- Order number or proof of purchase,
- The email used at checkout,
- A detailed description of the issue (screenshots if possible).
If your LiqPay receipt includes a payment details link or transaction ID, you may also contact LiqPay buyer support regarding charge or duplicate-charge questions. For access or product issues, please contact us first.
5Refund Method & Timelines
Approved refunds are processed via LiqPay to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/payment provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6EU/UK Digital Content Notice
For customers in the EU/UK: by starting the download or accessing the digital content immediately after purchase, you give your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that digital content where applicable consumer law provides such a right.
