Terms of Service

§1About the Service

We provide a cloud-based app for generating digital documents (invoices, receipts, quotes) as PDFs (“Service”). We sell digital products only; no physical goods.

§2Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ and legally able to contract.
• You are responsible for your login and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate info; we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

§3Plans, Billing & Taxes

We offer Free and paid subscriptions with usage quotas shown at checkout and in your dashboard.

• Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change prospectively with notice.
• You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Failed payments may lead to suspension.

§4Quotas & Fair Use

• Each plan includes a monthly/period quota (number of generated documents/downloads). Unused quota doesn’t roll over unless stated.
• Automated scraping, mass exporting, or attempts to bypass technical limits are prohibited.

§5Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings; access continues to term end.
• Refunds are limited due to instant digital delivery. See our Refund Policy.
• Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

§6Intellectual Property & Output License

• Our IP. The Service and content are owned by Zynerqo or licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
• Your inputs. You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
• Outputs. Subject to payment and compliance, you may use generated documents for personal or internal business purposes. Do not resell our templates or the Service.

§7AI / Automation Disclaimers

• Some features are AI-assisted and may contain inaccuracies.
• No legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and compliance.

§8Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights (IP, privacy, export).
• Upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory content.
• Reverse engineer or bypass security; share accounts; abuse free trials.

§9Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., LiqPay for payments). Such services are governed by their own terms and policies; we aren’t responsible for their actions.

§10Publicity

We may identify your business name/logo as a customer unless you opt out via support@zynerqo.com.

§11Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that outputs will meet your needs.

§12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynerqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the event.

§13Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Zynerqo and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

§14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom. If mandatory consumer law in your country grants you additional protections, those rights remain unaffected.

§15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
